"Cook for a Cause" is an annual event organized by The I4Farmers in New Jersey, bringing together garden enthusiasts for a fun-filled day with activities for all age groups. Each year, participants prepare innovative food items, with prizes awarded based on ratings.
This year, I presented on kitchen gardening, sparking discussions on topics such as pest management, planting schedules, watering techniques, and soil health. It was particularly encouraging to see an increasing number of young participants, showcasing a growing interest in gardening among the younger generation.
